The incident caused Kelly to spend two days at a North Carolina medical facility. According to the court filing, the singer “takes medication for anxiety and to help him sleep, in addition to other medications.” Kelly and his lawyer are alleging mistreatment by prison staff, including denial of necessary medical treatment for blood clots in his legs and lungs.
